The Role: Training & Audit Manager – Guardian of the Client Experience

This critical, non-remote role is the cornerstone of TWC’s commitment to quality. The Training & Audit Manager is responsible for ensuring that every planner, coordinator, and city operations team member consistently delivers exceptional experiences that align with TWC’s standards.

You will be the key driver in closing the feedback loop—turning client feedback and audit results into structured corrective actions and institutional knowledge.

Key Responsibilities You Will Own:

  1. Training & Onboarding:

    • Develop and continually update TWC’s comprehensive Training Manual for all planners and service teams.

    • Conduct onboarding and certification programs covering SOPs, client communication, vendor handling, and event execution.

    • Organize regular refresher training sessions and create knowledge repositories and case studies from past events.

  2. Process Audits (The Quality Check):

    • Conduct audits across the event lifecycle (pre-event, mid-event, and post-event).

    • Evaluate key performance areas like Planner Checklist Adherence, Vendor Coordination Efficiency, Decor and Hospitality Quality, and Client Event Day Experience.

    • Randomly audit service bookings and client communications to ensure consistent TWC service levels.

  3. SOP Compliance and Improvement:

    • Ensure all cities strictly adhere to approved SOPs, templates, and process flows.

    • Identify process deviations, log corrective actions, and work closely with the Business Operations Manager to continuously refine SOPs based on real event data and client feedback.

  4. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

    • Maintain a Quality and Compliance Scorecard for each city and department.

    • Highlight repeated errors (e.g., delayed vendor setups, missed checklists) and recommend retraining or disciplinary measures when necessary.

    • Prepare a monthly Training & Audit Summary Report for management, detailing non-compliance patterns and improvement actions implemented.

Key Skills and Competencies Required

To excel in this strategic role, you must bring a combination of industry expertise and analytical precision:

  • Experience: 5+ years in a training, quality assurance, or operations management role, preferably within the hospitality or events industry.

  • Process Mastery: Strong process orientation and proven ability to identify root causes of operational issues.

  • Coaching: Excellent communication and coaching skills necessary for leading training programs and providing constructive feedback.

  • Detail Orientation: High attention to detail and the ability to standardize diverse workflows across multiple cities.

  • Data Literacy: Comfort with data-driven decision-making and reporting to drive operational changes.
