Featured Vacancies: High-Impact Roles Available

The Group is urgently recruiting for highly skilled and qualified candidates for the following positions:

1. Assistant Finance Manager (AFM)

  • Mandatory: CA qualification.

  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in Finance.

  • Key Skills: Strong ERP knowledge, excellent report analysis and interpretation, and proven leadership skills. Experience handling a Group of Companies is preferred.

2. Assistant HR Manager (AHM)

  • Mandatory: MBA in Human Resources.

  • Experience: 8–10 years of functional HR experience.

  • Key Skills: Affluent in core HR functions, exceptional people management, and the ability to handle multi-outlet & division operations—essential for a diversified group like Al Rawabi.

3. Distribution Manager – FMCG

  • Experience: 8–10 years of experience specifically in the Qatar FMCG market.

  • Focus: Must have experience managing Modern Trade, General Trade & Horeca.

  • Requirement: Minimum required qualification is a Degree, along with strong knowledge of distribution operations and market trends.

4. Assistant Branch Manager – Retail (FMCG)

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of retail experience (GCC preferred).

  • Responsibilities: Monitoring inventory, ensuring product displays/merchandising standards, and driving employee & sales performance.

  • Advantage: Valid Qatar driving license.

5. Audit Assistant

  • Qualification: CA Inter / ICWAI Inter / M.Com.

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the Retail Audit field (2 years of CA Articleship is an advantage).

  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, compliance, and experience in inventory audits and financial verification. Age limit: 25 to 35 years.

6. Café In Charge – Restaurant Division

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in F&B or hospitality preferred.

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field preferred.
