Urgent Technical Vacancies (18 Positions)

AQI is seeking qualified candidates across Engineering, Supervisory, and Technical Trades. Note: Experience in the Hospital sector is a significant advantage for multiple roles.

I. Specialist Systems & Engineering (BMS, ELV, Electrical)

Position	Qualification & Experience	Special Requirements
1. BMS OPERATOR	Graduate/Diploma (min 2-year technical course). Min 3 years’ experience in BMS control room operation, repair, or maintenance.	Focus on efficient building control systems management.
2. BMS TECHNICIAN	1.5/2 Year full-time technical course. Proven experience in repair and maintenance of BMS systems from major brands: Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr.	Expert-level system diagnostics and repair.
3. ELV TECHNICIAN	1.5/2 Year full-time technical course in Electrical/Electronics. Min 3 years’ experience in ELV systems.	Must perform fault diagnosis, calibration, remedial repairs, and PPM on Extra-Low Voltage systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm).
4. INDUSTRIAL TECH – UPS	1.5/2 Year full-time technical course. Extensive experience in UPS Operation and maintenance.	Focus on ensuring uninterruptible power supply integrity.
5. ELECTRICAL ENGINEER	Extensive experience in complex building electrical infrastructure: Lighting, Lighting Control, Central Battery System, UPS, External Lighting, Substations (LV Panels/Transformers/Capacitor Banks), Building/Control Panels, and Bus Ducts.	Senior-level design and maintenance management.
6. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR	Extensive experience in all areas listed for Electrical Engineer (Lighting, Substations, UPS, Panels, Bus Ducts).	Supervisory experience in executing maintenance plans across high-voltage and low-voltage systems.
7. MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR	Extensive experience in all mechanical aspects related to the power infrastructure (often cross-linked with Electrical systems: Transformers/Capacitor Banks, Panels, and associated cooling/infrastructure).	Supervisory experience focusing on mechanical integrity of supporting infrastructure.

II. HVAC, Plumbing, and Plant Operations

8. HVAC SUPERVISOR	3 years Diploma or Graduate (full-time). Min 5 years’ extensive experience.	Senior supervision in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning maintenance.
9. AC TECHNICIAN	3 Year minimum Technical Course. Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 5 years.	Certificate mandatory. Hospital experience preferred.
10. CHILLER TECHNICIAN	3 Year minimum Technical Course. Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 5 years.	Certificate mandatory. Hospital experience preferred.
11. VRV/VRF TECHNICIAN	Specialized skill in performing PM, diagnostics, and repairs on VRF/VRV units (compressors, PCB boards, indoor/outdoor units).	Focus on advanced, variable-refrigerant flow systems.
12. BOILER/PLANT OPERATOR	High school diploma, technical/vocational certificate. Min 3 years’ experience on steam boiler plant operation/maintenance/testing.	Min 3 years in an acute hospital setting is mandatory for this critical role.
13. WATER TREATMENT TECHNICIAN	3 Year minimum Technical Course. Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 5 years.	Certificate mandatory. Hospital experience preferred.

III. Civil Trades & General Maintenance

14. PLUMBER	Min 1 Year Trade Course with Certificate OR 7 years’ trade experience.	Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 5 years. Hospital experience preferred.
15. MECHANICAL FITTER	3 Year minimum Technical Course. Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 5 years.	Certificate mandatory. Hospital experience preferred.
16. MASON	Min 1 Year Trade Course with Certificate OR 7 years’ trade experience.	Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 3 years. Hospital experience preferred.
17. PAINTER	Min 1 Year Trade Course with Certificate OR 7 years’ trade experience.	Min 3 years’ experience in the service sector maintenance in the past 3 years. Hospital experience preferred.

IV. Specialized Support

Position	Experience & Age	Nationality Preference
18. FEMALE GYM INSTRUCTOR	2–3 years’ experience. Age Limit 25–40.	Arabic & Asian Nationality preferred.
