Your Role as a Front Desk Agent:
As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you are the face of our luxury hotel. This front office role is essential to creating unforgettable first impressions and ensuring a seamless, exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

Guest Service & Reception: Provide a warm, personalized welcome and efficient farewell for all guests, embodying our 5-star service standards.

Check-In / Check-Out: Expertly manage the arrival and departure process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to all hotel procedures.

Guest Relations: Act as a primary resource, answering inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and poise to ensure complete guest satisfaction.

Concierge Services: Share your in-depth knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local Doha attractions to enhance guest stays.

Cash Handling & Procedures: Process payments, handle cash transactions securely, and maintain precise financial records.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a flawless experience.

Front Desk Management: Maintain a pristine, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Qualifications & Skills (Who You Are):

Experience: Previous experience in a front office agent, hotel receptionist, or guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.

Software Proficiency: Experience with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is preferred.

Problem-Solving: Ability to remain calm under pressure and effectively resolve guest concerns.

Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, highly organized, trustworthy, and possesses a genuine guest-first mentality.
